1、I 摘摘 要要 牙膏已成为人们日常生活必需品， 近年来随着包装行业的迅 速发展，牙膏盒包装在形状和材质种类方面也朝着多元化方向发 展。设计者就是要在这样的形势下，在原有基础上设计出更加合 理的包装结构，既吸引消费者有不增加生产成本，从而为生产厂 家带来可观的经济效益的牙膏盒。牙膏盒生产是我国传统的包装 行业，不仅起到保护牙膏产品本身的作用，同时必须起到便于储 存、促进销售的作用。在很多种包装材质涌入市场的情况下，挂 面纸板在包装行业中占有着越来越重要的位置，这和材质本身耐 折、挺度较高、价格低廉分不开。 关键词：包装结构；材料；实用性 II Abstract The toothpaste ha

6、生活中常用的清洁用品，有着很悠久的历史。随 着科学技术的不断发展，工艺装备的不断改进和完善，各种类型 的牙膏相继问世，产品的质量和档次不断提高，现在牙膏品种已 由单一的清洁型牙膏，发展成为品种齐全，功能多样，上百个品 牌的多功能型牙膏，满足了不同层次消费水平的需要。 随着牙膏品牌种类的不断增加，牙膏行业的竞争也越来越激 烈， 消费者的选择也越来越多样。 怎么才能充分体验牙膏的特性， 又能满足消费者的需求，又能在众多品牌中脱颖而出让消费者青 睐。方便、美观、经济、实用，这就需要包装印刷工艺。 第一章第一章 牙膏印前设计牙膏印前设计 1.1 1.1 牙膏外包装设计及材料的选择牙膏外包装设计及材料的选择 外包装是做成纸盒形式，纸盒按其结构可分为折叠纸盒和粘 贴纸盒两大类。 折叠纸盒是一种应用范围最广，结构变化最多的销售包装。折叠 纸盒与其他纸盒比较具有以下一些优势： （1） 成本低：只有在小批量生产并采用半自动化设备的情况 下，粘贴纸盒的 成本才可与折叠纸盒竞争； （2） 流通费用低：因折叠纸盒可折成平板状，堆码和运输过 程占用空间小， 运输储存等流通费用低； （3）
