1、石家庄经济学院 本科生毕业设计 I 摘 要 本系统是以 湖南金码科技发展有限公司 为原型展开的。系统的开发方法采用了结构化生命周 期法，在此设计过程中主要对结构化生命周期法的系统规划、系统分析 与系统设计部分做了详细的介绍，而系统的实施、系统的运行与维护只是对其在操作过程的一些注意事项做了介绍。具体的开发技术是利用 Visual Basic 6.0 语言设计出界面，通过 ODBC 接口连接到 Microsoft SQL Server2000 的数据库上来实现对数据库的操作。 以企业 人力资源管理 信息资料为依据，对现行系统的业务流程进行科学的分析，对新系统的各子系 统的数据处理流程进行 细腻的

2、分析 ，根据企业 人力资源部 的具体 需求给出新系统的功能模块图，并对各子系统的需求， 各子系统的功能模块进行详细的介绍。同时还对系统实现所依赖的数据库进行了概念设计、逻辑设计、物理设计作了详细的介绍。 设计此系统的目的是为了改进企业 人力资源 落后的管理模式，提高企业的信息化进程，增强企业的竞争力，为企业的长远发展奠定坚实的基础。 关键字： 管理信息系统；数据字典；数据库 ； Visual Basic ABSTRACT This system design takes HuNan Kimma Development of Science & Technology Co.Ltd as a pr
