1、I 毕业设计毕业设计说明书说明书 设计题目：设计题目： 有柄盖注塑模具设计有柄盖注塑模具设计 II 摘要摘要 本次设计的有柄盖要求壁厚均匀，表面光滑。考虑到塑件的尺 寸较大，在设计中使用用一模一腔的形式。分析塑件的结构后，利 用哈夫机构来成型手柄。为了保证有柄盖表面光滑无顶出痕迹，边 缘无变形，采用气动顶出机构，这同时也简化了模具结构，经济实 用。同时，在设计中衡量了产品质量和成本的关系，尽量做到模具 的结构简单、成本低、易加工、使用性好。 关键词关键词 有柄盖；注塑模；哈夫机构；气动顶出 III Abstract This design needing the thickness of pl
