1、I 摘 要 铝锭垛铝机是一种用于对铝锭自动打捆的设备。 本文简要介绍了铝锭垛铝机的整体组成部分及其分类，阐述了铝锭堆垛机的总体设 计，重点介绍了铝锭堆垛机的自动控制系统设计、压紧机构的设计。主要包括铝锭堆垛机 自动控制系统的功能分析、控制系统类型的选择、输入/输出设备的确定、PLC 简介及设备 选型、PLC 的 I/O 口的分配、PLC 控制系统硬件、软件设计、PLC 程序编制、系统调试. 老 式的打包机的电气控制部分大多数仍采用继电器控制这种控制方法采用众多的电器元 件逻辑布线复杂接点多故障率高设备运行可靠性差。采用 PLC 控制能有效的解决 这些问题。该系统工作性能稳定,提高了生产线的自动
