1、 - 1 - 摘 要 矿井提升机是沿井筒提升煤炭、矸石、升降人员、下放材料的大型机械设备。它是矿 山井下生产系统和地面工业广场相连接的枢纽,故要求具有很高的安全性,其成本和耗电 量也比较高。因此本次在矿井提升机选型设计中, 主要是根据所给参数确定矿井提升设 备，包括选择提升容器、钢丝绳、提升机、卷筒及校核提升能力,并经过多方面的技术经 济比较,结合矿井的具体条件,做到设计切合实际。保证提升机的选型及其运转两个方面都 是合理的, 最终确定具有经济安全合适的提升系统。本次在对主要部件主轴装置的设计计 算中,采用计算主轴上的正常载荷,根据其分别求出轴上的弯矩、扭矩及其相应的力，校核 轴危险断面的安全

2、系数及刚度。并对零部件轴、切向键、齿轮进行校核，充分保证了各部 件设计的合理性，尽可能地确定经济合理的最优设计方案。 关键词：矿井提升机 选型设计 主轴装置设计 - 2 - Abstract Mine Hoist is along the shaft upgrade coal, coal, movements, a large delegation of material mechanical equipment. Key words: Mine Hoist Spindle in Design strength of Calculation - 3 - 第 1 章 绪 论 1.1 多绳摩擦式矿井提升机在国内外的发展现 多绳摩擦式矿井提升机随着科学技术的发展， 其增长速度很快， 使用范围也日益增多， 不仅立井使用，国外在斜井或露天斜坡也在使用，例如，联邦德国米尔斯露天矿，1954 年 在斜坡上使用了单箕斗四绳提升机，采用封闭式钢丝绳，直径为 32mm。又如，奥地利 Wodzyki 矿井是斜井，1960 年以前就使用了双绳摩擦式矿井提升机，井筒倾角是 24 度， 斜长 1138m，串车提升，绳速 8m/s，提升 6 辆煤车和 2 辆矸石车，有效负荷 13.56t，为了 防止钢丝绳在主导轮上产生滑动，在井底尾绳环处安装种锤拉紧的导向轮。国内是使用的 多绳摩擦式提升机也日益增多，1960 年第一台多绳摩擦式提升机投入运行以来，大量的这 种提升机在我国安装运行。
