1、 I 摘 要 汽车喇叭是汽车安全系统中不可缺少的电器元件。低成本、长 寿命、高可靠性和耐环境适应能力已成为汽车喇叭的发展方向。在 汽车喇叭组装过程中，程序繁琐，需要在车间内部进行输送，以提 高生产效率，降低成本。 输送机是在一定的线路上连续输送物料的物料搬运机械，又称 连续输送机。输送机可进行水平、倾斜和垂直输送，也可组成空间 输送线路，输送线路一般是固定的。输送机输送能力大，运距长， 还可在输送过程中同时完成若干工艺操作，所以应用十分广泛。 输 送机械按运作方式可以分为：皮带式输送机、螺旋输送机、斗式提 升机、滚筒输送机、计量输送机、板链输送机、网带输送机。 本设计是皮带输送机设计，而且利用
