1、 本科毕业设计本科毕业设计（论文论文） 题 目 MPS 工件安装单元控制系统设计 I MPS 工件安装单元控制系统设计 摘要 本文首先介绍了 MPS 安装单元的定义、 意义、 研究重点及发展状况,并阐述了设计 MPS 安装单元的 PLC 控制系统的思路和方法； 讲述了控制系统所要达到的安装要求， 分析每个 动作的步骤,提出了达成该要求的元件的选择,绘制出了控制系统的 PRO/E 三维实体造型 图，控制系统原理框图，控制系统的 PLC 原理图以及气动原理图及组态王的界面的设计。 阐述了各电气元件的选择过程以及对各元件的技术参数做了介绍； 讲述了梯形图绘制的流 程。 在本文的最后， 讲述组态王软件

2、是如何与 PLC 通信以及组态环境中各个设备的属性是 如何设置的，经过数次调试，可以实现组态软件对控制系统的监控。 关键词：MPS 安装单元 PLC 控制 系统设计 梯形图 II Design of MPS Unit Work Piece Control System Abstract This paper firstly introduces the definition of MPS unit installation, the significance of doing research on it and makes an introduction of the main points

It also talks about the ideas and methods on the design of PLC control system units of MPS unit work piece and the installation requirements to which the control systems need to achieve. Through analyzing every step of the process, the paper finds the ne

4、cessary elements that are needed to reach the demands and draws PRO / E three-dimensional solid modeling plans of the control system, the Block diagram of control system, and the interface design of Pneumatic and Kingview schematic. After introducing the electrical components of the selection proces

5、s, as well as technical parameters of the components, the paper also introduces the flow of drawing the ladder diagram. In the end of this paper, it describes how to realize PCL communication and set up properties of each equipment in the configuration environment. After several times of debugging,
