1、 I 摘要 本文的设计课题题目是“井下救生舱设计” 。由于近年来，我国煤矿灾害频发，给国家 和企业造成重大人员伤亡和财产损失，因此急需设计一种用于矿下工人自救的紧急避难场 所，来尽量减少矿难所带来的危害。正是基于这种思想，设计了煤矿井下救生舱。 本文对我国现在煤矿下自救设施做出简单介绍，提出井下救生舱的设计要求和技术参 数，分析了救生舱结构设计时可能遇到的问题，重点对救生舱舱门的锁紧机构的方案论证， 运动分析和各部件的结构尺寸设计做出了详细分析计算，并简述了救生舱的模块化设计思 路，舱体的结构设计和刚度校核等内容。 关键词：井下救生舱，模块化，就生舱门，结构设计。 II Abstract Th
