1、 I 摘要摘要 本文的设计题目是“井下救生舱结构设计” 。随着我国经济的高速发展，对煤炭等能 源的需求量越来越大，而煤矿安全也越来越引起国家和企业的注意，井下救生舱的问世 将为煤矿井下矿工提供一种紧急避难场所，尽量减少矿难所带来的生命损失。本文对井 下救生舱在国内外的研究和应用状况进行了简单介绍，分析了在救生舱的结构设计时应 该注意的问题，自行设计了救生舱不同舱段之间连接的舱门，对舱门机构进行了运动分 析，并对救生舱轮廓尺寸，壁厚与加强肋板的布置，密封和隔热进行了详细的设计和力 学校核计算。 关键词：井下救生舱； 整体结构； 舱门； 设计计算 II Abstract The design to
