1、 毕业设计说明书毕业设计说明书 设计题目：宝山地区原料条件下 1600m3高炉原料供应系 统设计 - 1 - 摘摘 要要 在本设计中，槽上槽下均采用皮带供料系统，槽下胶带运输机供料与称量漏斗相配 合，是高炉槽下实现自动化操作的最佳方案。 串罐式无料钟炉顶的称量料罐卸料支管中心线与波纹管中心线以及高炉中心线一 致，避免了下料和布料过程中的粒度和体积偏析，通过布料溜槽的旋转和倾动、料流调 节阀的排料控制，可实现多种布料方式，适应各种炉况的上部调节要求，布料均匀，使 高炉装料操作简单化，有利于高炉的稳定和长寿。 关键词：高炉炉顶；串罐无料钟炉顶；供料系统；皮带上料关键词：高炉炉顶；串罐无料钟炉顶；供
