1、i SK05-XC 铣齿机的设计与试制 摘摘 要要 SK05-XC 主要是用来铣钥匙的，加工工序通过数控技术来控制，是机械与电子结合 的典型。 该设备的主要组成系统分为控制系统、加工系统和冷却系统。控制部分由程序来实 现。加工系统由夹具和动力头组成，夹具是用来固定待加工的半成品，夹紧完毕后对其 进行铣齿，直至完成产品的加工制造。加工时使用的动力源是电力，整个工作中由于加 工工艺的要求，动力头部件必须是步进电机。冷却环节中，由于加工时，刀头和待加工 金属频繁和剧烈的相对运动，会产生局部高温，为了保证产品的性能，必须要设有冷却 系统，以冷却高温地带。 关键词：数控技术 冷却 控制系统 夹具 SK0
