1、振动流化床毕业设计说明书 I 用于干燥氯化铵的振动流化床设计 摘要摘要 振动流化床干燥机是近十年来逐步发展并扩大应用的干燥设备。其特点是 将机械激振力施于普通流化床，使颗粒物料在振激力和气流的双重作用下处于流 化状态，实现料层更加均匀地流化和气固两相更加密切地接触，从而强化传热传 质和改善产品质量。本设计是针对颗粒粒径较小的的干燥的装置(500 m)，产量 为 200kg/h，干燥热源为蒸汽，设计中我们将借助一些国内外干燥领域的权威文 献。通过物料平衡和热量平衡计算我们可以得到床层面积，再以此为基础进而设 计出各个零部件。 关键词关键词 流化床；振动；干燥 振动流化床毕业设计说明书 II Th
