1、 摘摘 要要 随着生活水平的提高，人们对居住条件的需求也在不断提高。成熟的计算机技术、 信息技术和现代控制技术为智能化小区实现提供了充分的条件。小区智能化系统给用户 提供安全舒适的居住环境、温馨便利的社区服务、稳定便捷的信息环境。其智能化程度 直接影响房产价值，同时还使小区物业管理变得更加科学有效，带来巨大的社会效益和 经济效益。 麓景台位于广州麓苑路，用途为商务公寓，共计 700 多套住宅，总建筑面积 80740 平方米，由御林阁、御景阁、御庭阁三幢 32 层的塔楼组成。麓景台住宅项目智能化方 案设计是根据规划的各项功能和性能指标、系统集成的平台及目标，提出各子系统的技 术方案、设备选型，最
