1、I 摘要摘要 随着人们对转子泵逐渐了解与认识,其应用领域也在逐渐的扩大。随着对转 子泵的应用的增多,也开始了对转子泵更多的相关研究。 根据现有的转子型线设 计理论、圆弧转子泵的工作原理和工作过程,确立共轭理论为型线设计的原则, 推导了适合于圆弧转子泵的三叶圆弧摆线的端面理论型线参数方程和实际型线 参数方程。加之目前国内外的众多设计、分析软件的发展,绘图软件已经有强大 的二维、三维功能,现代化的智能机柔性加工的发展,为转子泵的设计与生产提 供了保证。本文着重在转子泵的转子设计及参数化方面做了一些探索研究。应用 CAD 技术在 solidworks 软件中进行转子泵零件的整体建模和装配. 关键词关
