1、 I 摘要 本毕业设计题目为大学综合科研楼设计，建筑面积 2 550m4，结构总层数为 五层，层高 3.6m，采用框架结构，基础为独立基础，抗震设防烈度为 7 度，设 计使用年限 50 年。 建筑设计部分依据建筑功能，经济美观，总体规划的原则，参照国家相应 标准规范要求，完成了建筑平面设计，并在此基础上进行了立面、剖面、建筑 详图的设计。结构设计部分进行了截面尺寸估算，荷载计算，内力计算，内力 组合，梁柱截面设计，以及板、楼梯、基础构件设计。其中荷载计算包括恒荷 载、活荷载、风荷载和水平地震作用计算。内力计算部分采用结构力学求解器 计算。 关键词：关键词：框架结构；混凝土；内力组合；结构设计
