1、 I 摘 要 招标控制价是对招标工程限定的最高工程造价。本设计的工程的建设地点属于四川 省自贡市。 通过查阅各种规范及图集， 完成了整个工程的编制。 在接近四个月的时间里， 将自己在四年中几乎学习的知识应用到了实践中。本设计通过对该工程进行列项计算， 完成了所有工程的清单量的计算，再运用宏业清单计价软件根据工程量与各单位工程设 计图的总说明及其他图纸进行招标控制价的编制，通过调整材料价格（根据材料费）、 人工费系数、费率，最后得到综合单价、分部分项工程量的价格，再计算措施项目费、 其他项目费、 规费税金， 加总得到招标控制价。 工程规模 2252.5 ， 造价总额 3564929.9 元，单方
