1、 1 摘摘 要要 玉米地膜覆盖残膜回收有两种形式：苗期收膜和秋后收膜。在北方垄区，玉米 苗期收膜优于秋后收膜。因此，玉米苗期收膜机的研究具有首要的现实意义。 本文对玉米苗期地膜回收机进行了设计。该地膜回收机由松土器、搂齿式拾模 机构和收集装置三组部件组成，采用侧搂式手摸工艺。起始工作件为松土器，采 用旋转锄式，由圆盘、弯轴和 6 个弯型齿组成。由其进行土壤疏松。拾模机构是 整个收膜机的核心部件，包括链条搂齿部件、控制滑道及护板，它的功能是将地 膜从田间拾起。收集装置由推膜机构和压模机构组成，推膜机构有助于楼齿的卸 膜和集膜。压模机构将收集到集膜箱内的残膜压实，待集膜箱装满之后卸掉，完 成整个收

2、膜过程。 本地膜回收机由农用拖拉机牵引，各机构调节工作，能够较好的实现玉米苗期 的地膜回收。 关键词：关键词：地膜回收机；拾膜；控制滑道 2 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Artificial packaging and mechanical packaging are two ways of packaging for books.Artificial packaging is not only inefficient but also labor-intensive.Instead,mechanical packaging can save the labor,improve the

3、 economic efficiency of enterprises,so a book baler was designed in this paper. The books baler was constituted with mechanisms for sending and pushing books,sending and cutting paper ,folding paper,pasting,labeling and drying.The mechanism for sending books horizontally and pushing books vertically

4、 uses the intermittent motion of wheel and drives slider-crank mechanism to push and send the book horizontally and vertically.The mechanism for sending and cutting paper can send and cut the books cyclically according to the cycle of book-packaging.The mechanism for folding paper should package the

5、 books on assembly line according the designed fold line and fold angle.Taking the advantage of the rake-pionion mechanism,the mechanisms for pasting,labeling,and drying the can realize its specific action.This book baler can improve labor productivity,reduce labor intensity,and is a very good solution to the problem of book-packaging in printing house.
