2、研究。本文首先介绍住房抵押贷款证券化的理论知识， 然后分 析我国住房抵押贷款证券化的发展现状和可行性， 最后针对我国房地产国抵押贷 款证券化存在的问题以及结合美国的经验教训提出相关政策建议。 关键词：住房抵押贷款 贷款证券化 房地产金融 II Abstract Mortgage-backed securitization (MBS), as one of the most important innovations in financial fields originated from 1970s.
