1、 I DNDN4 40000 浮头式换热器设计浮头式换热器设计 The Design of DN400 Floating Head Type Heat Exchanger II 摘要摘要 工业生产中无时不刻伴随热量交换，换热器可以将热量循环利用。换热器是将热流体 的部分热量传递给冷流体的设备，又被称之为热交换器。其分为冷却器、加热器、冷凝器、 蒸发器等四个类型。 本次设计对象是浮头式换热器， 两种工作介质分别为非芳烃和循环水。 此次设计主要任务是换热器结构设计。设计包括零件选型以及强度校核。根据已知的 参数设计出容器各部分的壁厚，然后按照国家标准选取适当的连接方式把各单位组合在一 起。 在完成
