1、 企业激励机制探析企业激励机制探析 内容摘要内容摘要 ：本文以民营企业激励机制存在的问题为中心，以 K 企业为例，从多个角度解剖了民营企 业激励机制存在问题及原因，并对其进行深入的分析，最后提出了解决民营企业激励机制存在问题的对 策。本文主要包括五个部分： 第一章是绪论，阐述了论文的研究背景与目的，文献综述，及论文研究的内容和研究方法。 第二章简明介绍 K 企业人力资源管理的概况。内容包括 K 企业的发展历史、组织机构与经营概况。 第三章对 K 企业的激励机制现状及对其存在的问题进行分析。 第四章是本文的重点，通过对上述部分内容的研究分析，对 K 企业激励机制存在问题提出相应的对 策。 关键词
