1、 设 计 概 况 呼和浩特市弘叶佳园小区位于呼和浩特市金桥开发区。呼和浩特地处阴山南麓， 地势北高南低。中部和南部为冲积平原,北部有大青山，最高海拔 2228m。市区平均 海拔 1050m，年平均气温 8左右，最冷月气温-127-161；最热月平均气 温 17-229，其中 1 月最冷，最低气温-25-45，昼夜温差极大。由于市 境内地形复杂，霜期不一，北部山区为 75 天，低山丘陵区 110 天，南部平原区为 113-134 天。年降雨量少而不均，年平均降雨量 376mm。属典型的温带大陆性季风气 候。 本居住区总用地面积 46700 ，总建筑面积 76972.7 （住宅：76682.7 ，

2、 公建：290 ） ，地下建筑面积 22244.8 。 本居住区有 6 栋多层建筑和 5 栋高层建筑。 关键词：居住区 景观设计 生态 Design Overview Hongyejiayuan residential quarter is located in the Jinqiao development zone of Hohhot. Hohhot is located in the south of Yinshan Mountains,which topography is north high low south . Central and south of Hohhot is al

3、luvial plain ,and the north is DaQingshan that the highest elevation is 2228 meters. The average elevation of the city is 1050 meters,and the average temperatures is 8 or so,and the coldest month,s temperatures is from -12.7 to 16.1, and the hotest month,s temperatures is from 17 to 22.9. Among them

4、, the coldest month is January,which minimum temperature is from -25 to -45,and the difference value between day and night is very great.Because rugged terrain,mixed frost season.North Hill average frost-free period of 75 days. Low hills average frost-free period of 110 days. South plain area averag

5、e frost-free period of 113 to 134 days.The annual rainfall is less and inequality,and the average annual rainfall of 308 mm. Hohhot is belong to continental monsoon climate. This residential district has a total size of 46700 m2,and itsbuilt-up area is 76972.7 m2 that include residential of 76682.7

6、m2 and public buildings of 290 m2. Underground area has a total size of 22244.8m2. This residential district has 6 multistory buildings and 5 high-rise buildings.
