1、 设 计 概 况 呼和浩特市弘叶佳园小区位于呼和浩特市金桥开发区。呼和浩特地处阴山南麓， 地势北高南低。中部和南部为冲积平原,北部有大青山，最高海拔 2228m。市区平均 海拔 1050m，年平均气温 8左右，最冷月气温-127-161；最热月平均气 温 17-229，其中 1 月最冷，最低气温-25-45，昼夜温差极大。由于市 境内地形复杂，霜期不一，北部山区为 75 天，低山丘陵区 110 天，南部平原区为 113-134 天。年降雨量少而不均，年平均降雨量 376mm。属典型的温带大陆性季风气 候。 本居住区总用地面积 46700 ，总建筑面积 76972.7 （住宅：76682.7 ，
