1、 帽形件复合模设计帽形件复合模设计与加工与加工 摘摘 要要 本文对我国模具的发展和应用进行简单的分析， 根据帽形件毛坯的几何形状 要求、材料和尺寸的分析得出凸模、凹模和凸凹模的结构，采用正装式复合模冲 压，有利于提高生产效率，降低成本、缩短制造周期，模具设计和制造有一定的 难度。工艺分析结束后，进行主要参数的设计，包括凸、凹模以及凸凹模刃口计 算，接着是主要零部件的设计和选取，然后选取冲压设备，最后进行压力机的校 核，画零件图、装配图和 UG 造型，最后加工零件并装配实物。 关键词关键词：模具；复合模；帽形件 Hat shapes a composite modulus design and
