1、 I 摘 要 虽如今工业水平先进，机械化程度不断提高，起重设备不断更新，但仍不能淘汰卷扬 机这行之有效的机械设备。本人所研究的是 JM 建筑卷扬机。JM 系列属慢速卷扬机。在本 设计中主要对卷扬机传动部分、工作机构及卷扬机的主体部分进行设计。在传动部分采用 的是二级齿轮减速器和开式齿轮传动，工作部分的卷筒采用的是焊接式卷筒。该卷扬机的 主要特点是结构简单，操作方便。 此机器的主要功能：在建筑业的冷拉钢筋提升重物，在林业的集材工作，同时在水电、 农业等行业均能被采用。 该类机器的发展趋势应该向大型化、采用先进电子控制、手提式卷扬机、不带电源装 置的卷扬机的方向发展。 关键词关键词：卷扬机；设计；
