1、大学毕业设计说明书 I 摘要摘要 卷板机是一种将金属板料弯卷成筒体、锥体、曲面体或其他形体的一种专用锻压机 械设备，广泛用于锅炉、造船、化工、金属结构及机械制造行业。本课题的研究宗旨在 改进旧式卷板机的不足，提高生产率、降低工人劳动强度，满足厂方对板料加工的生产 需求。 本文主要研究内容：分析了对称式三辊卷板机的受力状况。在对卷板过程变形力能 参数分析的础上, 将其受力与设备的驱动功率直接建立联系, 通过功能转换计算, 得 出了卷板机主驱动系统的驱动功率的一种计算方法。经算例分析证明: 该方法简化了卷 板机选择设备动力的功率计算, 计算结果更为符合实际。 关键词关键词: :卷板机，受力分析，驱
