1、 i 摘要摘要 本次设计的题目为打印机压轮设计。由于制件的形状复杂，考虑到脱模过程 比较困难，所以采用两次分型。第二次为侧向分型，直接制件从型腔中取出的脱 模思路。 本次设计的塑件的材料为聚乙烯，生产批量为小批量。 根据塑件材料、结构、模具设计采用点浇口、一模两腔、二次分型、斜导柱 滑块侧向抽芯、零件间隙排气、热电偶调节模具温度以及循环冷却，加工简便， 便于安装，制冷效果好。注射机选用 TTF-200 型注射机。另外，所有模具设计都 经过仔细校核，达到预期设计要求。 关键词：浇口 侧向分型与抽芯结构 分型面 脱模机构 冷却系统 打印机压轮 ii Title Title The press Th
