1、 摘要 本设计为啤酒废水处理工程设计，污水处理规模为 2500 m/d，废水主要含有高浓度有机物，主要污染物质为 BOD5、 COD、 SS；且 BOD5/CODcr值高，非常有利于生化处理，结合废水的水质特征，及对各种处理工艺的对比，最终选择 UASB+SBR作为处理工艺。 本工艺流程设有格栅、调节池，对污水进行预处理，去除水中较大的悬浮颗粒和调节水质水量。生化处理采用生物接触氧化法， 可提高有机物去除效率。沉淀池用来进行泥水分离。 本文对格栅、调节池、 UASB 反应器、 SBR、污泥池等主要构筑物进行计算，编制设计说明 书，并绘制工艺流程、构筑物平面及高程、主要构筑物共四张图纸。 关键词
