1、 第 1 页 设计总说明 本设计是 3000t/d 熟料水泥生产线生料粉磨系统工艺设计。生料磨采用立式辊磨机。 生料 干燥介质来自于预热器出口的废气。粉磨采用三风机系统 。根据 当地的 原、燃料 实际 条件，依据其 化学 成份 和设计 要求的熟料组成，通过计算 原料的配比 及 生料的消耗，得出生料粉磨系统的 实际 生产能力。 该 设计针 对粉磨系统进行了 详细 计算 说明，其中包括物料平衡，热量平衡 ，风量平衡及主、辅机的平衡及选型， 设计中充分考虑 通风和除尘。设计提交了工艺流程图 1 张，平剖面图 6 张 ，设备表 1 份 。 关键词 ：生料粉磨 ， 立磨， 设备选型 ， 工艺 设计 ，
