1、 工业工程理论在森淼公司的应用研究 摘要 本文以森淼国际货运代理有限公司的平面布局作为研究对象，对企业各机构的位置布局提出了问题，运用 SLP 方法，对企业机构布局进行了优化，并运用 5S 管理改善了员工的工作环境。并针对业务量低下问题，找出了瓶颈所在 客服部与业务部在业务流程中的操作模式，运用业务流程优化方法，应用工作抽样分析优化必要性，对业务流程进行的改善，提高了业务量，增加了客户回访率。经过这些改进是企业降低了降低了成本，提高了工作效率以及效益。 关键字 SLP 5S 管理 流程优化 工作抽样 Study on the application of industrial engineer
