2、t In recent years, with the rapid growth of Chinas economy, Chinas oil demand becomes bigger, oil dependence is more and more high, 2012 foreign oil dependency is as high as 58%, oil transportation safety influence on Chinas economic life is growing , the stable development of oil shipping industry

3、in our country is also increasingly important. By analyzing the existing problems of countrys oil supply and demand situation, oil tankers, oil transportation route security situation and the crew quality, this study makes some measures to solve the problem.
