The aim of the paper is to show important success factors for sustainable M&A transactions in enterprises in connection with a newly developed holistic concept for national and international M&A processes for the testing

This important success factors are especially the developed and implemented risk management model and the innovation management. Furthermore the results of the developed holistic M&A process model will be analysed, measured
