Introduction Of all the issues negotiated under the Uruguay Round, antidumping was perhaps the most contentious. Broadly stated, the debate pitted antidumpings traditional users, essentially industrialize

Thanks to demands by the US and EC the Uruguay Round achieved only mixed success at tightening the rules governing antidumping (AD) actions.
