4、virtual design virtual assemble 摘要 随着市场的全球化趋势日益增强，产品的生命周期逐渐缩短，用户对产 品的要求日趋多样化、个性化，产品的虚拟设计开发与虚拟装配为适应这种社 会需求应运而生。三维设计实现了产品虚拟设计、装配，分析，使制造商不必 花费大量资金和时间去制造与实物大小的样机，而代之以利用计算机产生的产 品数字化的实物模型，可以大大缩短开发时间，节约研制经费，且能够在产品 开发早期阶段及早发现可能存在的问题，使其在成为实物之前得到完善解决。 Solidworks 是一个方便实用的三维参数化建模软件，功能非常完善，它仅 仅用个人计算机上软件，低廉的价格就完全实现了以前需要在工作站上完成的 工作。而且它的数据兼容性也很好，可以和其它的 3D 软件共享数据，还可与 3ds max 结合进行动画编辑操作，进行装配与工作过程的仿真。Solidworks 的 COSMOS 插件可以对零部件进行有限元分析，对其受力和变形情况进行模拟。 本次毕业设计主要是针对自动变速器原理而展开的。主要是介绍三维设计 的过程和三维设计的优势。 本次毕业设计主要包括三个部
