1、 装 订 线 施工项目成本管理 学生： 指导教师： 摘 要 随着建筑业的迅猛发展、建筑市场竞争的日益加剧，利用 现代化的管理技术和手段，使生产要素优化组合资源合理配置， 组织高效益的施工，便成为每个施工企业所追求的目标而为了 实现这一目标，加强施工项目管理和项目成本管理就成为每一 个施工企业的必由之路。本文从工程项目成本管理的定义入手， 阐述了影响工程项目成本变动的因素，分析了工程项目成本管 理中存在的主要问题，提出了施工企业在项目成本管理中应遵 循的原则，归纳总结了降低工程项目成本的措施，从而达到降 低成本，创造良好经济效益的目的。 关键词： 成本管理 经济效益 现状 措施 装 订 线 Co
