1、 I 毕业设计（论文）毕业设计（论文） 题 目 导游员职业倦怠影响因素研究 II 摘 要 导游员的职业环境每况愈下，已经开始阻碍我国导游行业的健康发展。在 这其中，导游员职业倦怠问题尤为突出，该问题危害导游员的身心健康，使导 游员的人际冲突增加，严重阻碍了旅游企业的良好发展，因此，探讨导游员职 业倦怠问题是十分有必要的。 本文通过问卷调查的方式，提出了导游员职业倦怠影响因素，探讨构建了 导游员职业倦怠影响因素模型，分析验证了导游员职业倦怠影响因素模型。最 后提出了从导游员自身的个体干预和旅行社的组织应对策略二个方面出发解决 导游员职业倦怠的建议。本文的结论对于其他关注职业倦怠影响因素分析，也
