1、 I 摘 要 此毕业设计是根据胶南金海岸办公楼的招标文件的招标须知、合同条件、技 术规范、图纸及其他有关文件而编制的投标书。 投标书包括：商务标和技术标。商务标包括编制的依据、范围、工程量计算 过程及说明、工程造价的确定和工料分析；工程量计算规则按照建设工程工程 量计价规范中的计算规则算出工程量，再应用工程造价软件得出工程总造价。 技术标按照技术标书内容结合工程实际情况，按技术标书标准格式编制，主要包 括本工程概况，施工管理人员配备，施工组织及部署，施工准备，设计方案的优 化及降低成本措施，工程建设过程中要采取的保证工程质量和进度的相关措施， 最后绘制本工程的施工进度图和总平面图。 关键词：标
