1、 摘要摘要 锅炉链条炉排传动的变速箱是一种专用于为锅炉配套的机械传动设备链 条炉排变速箱。本次设计运用行星齿轮传动的质量小、体积小、传动比大、承 载能力大以及传动平稳和传动效率高等优点，采用 2K-H 型行星齿轮传动。它主 要用于与锅炉主机呈直联侧安装形式，由电动机、一级圆柱齿轮副减速机构、 过载安全保护装置、少齿差减速机构、联轴器等组成。安装时它直接安装在锅 炉炉排的侧面，与炉排联结为一个整体，可统一试车，整体运输，避免用户二 次安装引起的安装误差等弊端。 设计由传动比入手设计内外齿轮及输入输出轴，后校验个零件的设计参数， 生成 CAD 装配图，最后生成 UG 三维图。 关键词：少齿差 行星
