1、 I 国家审计在反腐败中的作用问题研究 摘要： 腐败历来是人类社会的沉疴痼疾， 反腐贯穿于各个时期、 各个社会发展阶段， 新时期下更是成为党和政府工作的重中之重。国家审计作为审计监督体系的一环，在反 腐败中起到了重要作用。 本文围绕审计参与反腐败的作用问题， 通过五个部分进行分析。 第一部分是引言，交代了本文的研究背景及意义；第二部分阐明了腐败的概念，对腐败 的原因、表现、危害等现状进行界定；第三部分阐述国家审计参与反腐的机理，该部分 首先通过数据窥探国家审计发挥作用的效果，其次重点描述其发挥作用的机制；第四部 分针对新时期下审计反腐存在的问题提出对策。 关键词：腐败；审计反腐；作用机制 St
