1、 题 目 百分表表体仿真设计 Simulation and Design of the body of dial indicator I 摘要 本文主要介绍了百分表的设计过程， 利用PRO/E软件建模、 仿真技术来实现表体、 传动系统和读数装置的尺寸设计，并对百分表各零部件设计合理的加工工艺。 课题主 要研究对象是百分表表体，通过对传动系统的参数计算，来确定表体的基本尺寸，并 且利用PRO/E软件建模和模拟仿真技术，对其进行运动分析、选取和计算参数，再者 通过查阅大量资料， 设计出专用机床夹具， 最大限度的提高生产效率， 降低生产成本， 保证产品质量。 另外， 通过PRO/E软件制作百分表仿真
