1、 I 生产计划与控制方法的应用 摘 要：随着全球经济一体化的不断深入、科学技术的迅猛发展以 及贸易阻力的不断减少，企业间的竞争不断加剧。因此，企业如何缩短 生产周期、提高生产效率、杜绝物料浪费、降低成本成了摆在管理者面 前一个至关重要的问题。生产计划作为企业生产管理的依据，有着非常 重要的作用。 本文探讨了生产计划与控制理论在建霖集团厦门子公司的应用。首 先,本文介绍了生产计划与控制相关理论以及该企业的一些现状,然后重 点分析了建霖集团厦门子公司的主打产品空气流量计的生产工艺过程, 最后制定出了该产品的主生产计划和物料需求计划,减少了工时浪费,避 免了等待等不合理现象的出现,从而缩短了交货期,
