1、 I 摘摘 要要 本检测设备是专为测试车灯照度和车灯灯泡电流是否符合设计标准， 为车灯 生产线提供检测仪器而设计的。 硬件设计方面，使用传感器检测车灯是否安装正确，得到的信号通过可编程 控制器进行编程，再由触摸屏显示检测的各种参数并报告检测结果。 在设计中加 入了电压表和电流表，分别显示被测灯的电压和测试电流。测试电流通过A/D模 块转换后载入可编程控制器，编程后与设计标准进行比较。 软件设计方面，通过可编程控制器编程实现了自动、手动、灯号输入、灯号 删除、灯号及参数调用、条件设定、新灯号的自学习、检测数据保存等功能。 通过可编程控制器的使用，使测试仪具有较高的性价比和柔性，提高了车灯 测试数
