5、roE ; - 6 - 第一章 前 言 近年来,我国塑料模具业发展相当快，目前，塑料模具在整个模具行业中约 占 30%左右，而在整个塑料模具市场以注塑模具需求量最大。21 世纪模具制造 行业的基本特征是高度集成化、智能化、柔性化和网络化,追求的目标是提高产 品质量及生产效率,缩短设计周期及制造周期,降低生产成本,最大限度地提高模 具制造业的应变能力,满足用户需求。 在塑料模具中注射模具是应用最广泛、类型最多、结构最复杂的一种。在 现代塑料制件的生产中，合理的加工工艺、高效的设备、先进的模具是必不可少 的三项重要因素，尤其是塑料模具对实现塑料加工工艺要求、满足塑料制件的使 用要求、 降低塑料制件

6、的成本起着重要的作用。 一副好的注塑模可成型上百万次， 一副优良的压铸模大约能成型 25 万次，这与模具的设计、模具材料及模具的制 造有着很大的关系。从塑料模的设计、制造及模具的材料等方面考虑，塑料成型 技术的发展趋势可以简单地归纳为以下几个方面。 （1）加深理论研究 在模具设计中，对工艺原理的研究越来越深入，模具设计已经由经验设计 阶段逐渐向理论技术设计各方面发展，使得产品的产量和质量都得到很大的提 高。 （2）高效率、自动化 大量采用各种高效率、自动化的模具结构。高速自动化的成型机械配合以 先进的模具，对提高产品质量，提高生产率，降低成本起了很大的作用。 （3）革新模具制造工艺 在模具制造工艺上，为缩短模具的制造周期，减少钳工的工作量，在模具 加工工艺上作了很大的改进，特别是异形型腔的加工，采用了各种先进的机床， 这不仅大大提高了机械加工的比重，而且提高了加工精度。 （4) 新材料、新技术、新工艺的研制、开发和应用 随着塑料成型技术的不断发展，模具新材料、模具加工新技术和模具新工 艺方面的开发己成为当前模具工业生产和科研的主要任务之一。十多年来，国内 外塑
