1、 1 摘要摘要: 本次设计的是复合冲裁模，复合冲裁模是在冲床的一次冲压过程中可以同时完成 两步或两步以上的工序。该复合冲裁模将落料、冲孔两步工序在一起完成。该模具选 取了合理的凸、凹模间隙及最佳的模具设计结构完成工件的加工要求。它具有操作方 便、一次成形、生产效率高的特点。阐述了零件冲压复合模具的整体结构及其工作过 程，为保证冲裁件的质量，指出了复合模具设计和加工注意的要点。该设计思路可扩 展应用到其它类似零件的冲裁加工中。 关键词：关键词： 模具设计； 模具加工； 冲压； 复合冲裁模； 模具结构； AbstrastAbstrast： In this paper , a compound di
