1、 镗床夹具设计 摘要摘要 镗床发展的水平之高主要表现在产品设计理念的不断更新， 体现了产品设计 将装饰艺术与精细加工的完美结合； 产品结构的不断创新， 显示了镗床在向高速、 高精、 高效发展的同时，还向人性化、精细化制造的方向发展，而镗床夹具的发展也是齐头并 进，毫不逊色。本论文通过对镗床的加工方法，工作原理的研究分析，选定了箱体零件 设计了一个镗床夹具，并给出了结构方案。该夹具设计有对刀装置。既能够实现工件的 准确装夹，还可以准确对刀。夹紧方式采用了液压夹紧。夹紧快速简洁，夹紧力的控制 和装夹定位准确，通过对刀装置的准确对刀，最终保证了工件的加工精度。 关键词关键词镗床 夹具 对刀 箱体 J
