1、 *中小企业技术创新生态系统的运行过程研究 摘 要 科技型中小企业是中小企业中最具创新活力和创新能力的一部分， 是技术创 新的重要力量， 也是我国实现创新驱动发展战略， 促进产学研合作发展的主力军。 大多数的地区开始构建技术创新生态系统， 促进地区经济的发展和企业竞争力的 提升。与之相比，*中小企业技术创新生态系统运行过程中存在诸多问题，导致 山西省技术创新能力动力不足，技术创新成果不显著。在此背景下，本文对* 中小企业技术创新生态系统的运行过程做了分析和研究。 本文在生态学和系统论以及演化经济学的理论基础上，对科技型中小企业技 术创新生态系统的形成，运行及演化过程进行了分析。最后，以山西省为

In order to promote the development of regional economy and enhance the competitiveness of enterprise, most of the regions begin to build technology innovation ecosystem. Compared with these areas, there are many problems in the operation of te

4、chnology innovation ecosystem in Shanxi technology-based SMEs, which result in technology innovation capability lacking and unremarkable fruit. In this context, the paper analyzes and studies the operation process of technology innovation ecosystem of technology-based SMEs in Shanxi province This pa

5、per combines with the actual situation of technology innovation of technology-based SMEs in the theory of ecology, system and evolutionary economics. The author divides up technology-based SMEs technology innovation ecosystem into three theocratic levels: the main network layer; the technological in

6、novation support layer and the innovation platform layer, analyzes the forming; working and evolution process and the relationship between them. In the end, by the study of the operating environment and running process of the technology innovation ecosystem of the technology-based SMEs in Shanxi province, the author finds out the problems in the running and puts forward some optimized measures.
