1、 *中小企业技术创新生态系统的运行过程研究 摘 要 科技型中小企业是中小企业中最具创新活力和创新能力的一部分， 是技术创 新的重要力量， 也是我国实现创新驱动发展战略， 促进产学研合作发展的主力军。 大多数的地区开始构建技术创新生态系统， 促进地区经济的发展和企业竞争力的 提升。与之相比，*中小企业技术创新生态系统运行过程中存在诸多问题，导致 山西省技术创新能力动力不足，技术创新成果不显著。在此背景下，本文对* 中小企业技术创新生态系统的运行过程做了分析和研究。 本文在生态学和系统论以及演化经济学的理论基础上，对科技型中小企业技 术创新生态系统的形成，运行及演化过程进行了分析。最后，以山西省为

In the end, by the study of the operating environment and running process of the technology innovation ecosystem of the technology-based SMEs in Shanxi province, the author finds out the problems in the running and puts forward some optimized measures.
