1、人民币升值对中国经济的影响 摘 要 【 中 文 摘 要 】 2005 年 7 月 21 日， 中 国开始实行 一项新的 汇率政策。它是 以市场供求基础、参考一篮子货币 进行调整、有管理 的浮动汇率制度 。 由于 中国实行 浮动 汇率政策 后 ， 人民币 对美元的 汇率呈现不断升值 的趋势。 而 随着人民币 对美元 持续 升值，对中国经济的发展产生了不同程度的影响，如包括 GDP、企业、进出口贸易、就业等方面的影响。本文的研究目的在于通过相关的模型，来分析人民币升值对中国经济的影响。 本文采用 可计算的 一般均衡理论（ CGE）、供求关系原理、马歇尔 -勒纳条件 、等模型，浅析人民币升值的现状、

2、影响及其 面对人民币升值的压力所相应的 对策。 通过研究，可发现，人民币升值有利于进口，促进贸 易结构优化，改善贸易条件，有利于国内部分行业，如房地产、旅游业的发展。同时也存在着各种问题，如不利于出口，对部分行业也造成一定的消极影响，如纺织行业。我国应把 人民币汇率 控制在一定的范围之内。 【 关键字 】 ： 人民币升值 ； 宏观经济 ； 一般均衡理论 Impact analysis for the Appreciation of RMB on Chinas Economy Abstract 【 Abstract】 On July21, 2005, China began to impleme

8、 致 谢 18 第 一 章 引言 第一节 研究背景 随着中国经济的发展和国际地位的提高，中国拥有巨大的贸易双顺差和大量外汇储备，在迫于国际社会的压力以及中国本身经济结构的转型等内在与外在的缘由下 ，经国务院 的 批准，中国人民银行 于 2005 年 7 月 21 宣布， 从当日起，根据市场供求关系， 我国开始实行以市场供求为基础 ， 参考一篮子货币进行调节、有管理的浮动汇率制度 ，人民币对美元汇率上调0.2%。 自 2005 年 7 月开始，对人民币汇率政策进行调整，此时人 民币 对美元汇率 开始 不断升高 。进入 2006 年 1 月，人民币汇率更是持续上涨。而截至在 2007 年 12 月，人民币升值幅度达到了 6.01%。而 2008 年 6 个 月内 以来 ，人民币对美元汇率已先后 50 次被改写 ，创历史 新高 。此时， 人民币对美元汇率累计升值幅度已经接近 6.5%。 2009 年人民币实际有效汇率指数比 2008 年略升 0.4 个百分点。 2010 年 6 月，拉开了第二次汇率改革的序幕。中国人民
