1、内蒙古科技大学毕业设计说明书 I 摘要 桥梁位于包头市固阳县金山镇至达茂旗百灵庙镇一级公路 K5+098 处,二相公村附近。河道与路线正交,河床稳定,滩槽分明,河道顺直,洪水期无漂流物个泥石流,泄洪顺畅;本桥平面线形为直线,与流水方向正交; 桥面横坡 1.5%。 根据所给资料拟定了三个桥型方案,方案一预应力混凝土连续小箱梁桥,方案二采用预应力混凝土连续 T 形梁桥,方案三是预应力混凝土简支 T 形梁桥。 通过方案比选,最终选择方案一:预应力混凝土连续小箱梁桥为推荐方案,该方案采用等跨常截面连续梁桥,由四片主梁构成,孔径布置为: 6 50m,桥梁全长 300m。主梁内力计算采用程序与手算结合,以
2、相互校核。最终使用的是程序计算的结果。内力组合完成以后,进行预应力筋得估算与配置。预应力钢束按照均匀、分散且考虑锚具尺寸的原则布置在上、下板以及腹板内。完成五种预应力损失计算完后,进行预应力损失组合及有效预应力计算,在截面强度计算与验算以及正常使用极限状态验算时只取了特殊截面进行计算,最后进行了桥墩及基础的设计、配筋和验算。 桥梁下部结构采用双柱式墩,基础采用桩基。本设计仅对一个桥墩进行了配筋及强度验算。 在设计过程中,计算机的应用使一些计算过程 更加简便,同时提高了对桥梁大师、桥梁博士等软件的熟练程度。 关键词: 预应力;上部结构;下部结构;连续梁桥;内力;内力组合; 截面强度; 刚性扩大基
