6、 毕业设计 第 2 页（共 109 页） 建筑设计说明部分 一、工程概况： 1、 工程名称：某宾馆； 2、 工程位置：天津市； 3、 工程总面积： 10326.24 ，主楼 8 层，高 28.2m，一、二层层高 4.2m,标准层层高3.3m；裙楼共两层，高 8.4m，层高 4.2m； 4、 结构形式：现浇整体框架。 二、建筑物功能与特点： 该拟建的建筑位于天津市市内，设计内容：主楼为宾馆，裙楼为商场。此建筑占地面积 1918.35m2 ，总建筑面积为 10326.24 m2 1、 平面设计 建筑朝向为南北向，平面布置满足长宽比小于 5，采用纵向 6.6m、横向 4.5m、2.4m、 6.0m

7、的柱距，满 足建筑开间模数和进深的要求。 2、立面设计 该建筑立面为了满足采光和美观需求，设置了大面积的玻璃窗。外墙面根据 98J1 工程做法选用面砖饰面，不同分隔区采用不同的颜色区隔，以增强美 感。 3、防火 防火等级为二级，安全疏散距离满足房门至外部出口或封闭楼梯间最大距离小于 35m，大房间设前后两个门，小房间设一个门，满足防火要求；室内消火栓设在走廊两侧 ,每层两侧及中间设 3个消火栓，最大间距 25m,满足间距 50m的要求。 4、抗震 建筑的平立面布置规则，分为三个区（ A、 B、 C） ,各区之间均设有净距 300500的抗震缝。建筑的质量分布和刚度变化均匀，楼层没有错层，满足抗震要求。 5、 屋面 屋面形式为平屋顶；平屋顶排水坡度为 2%，排水坡度的形式为垫置坡度，排水方式为内排水。 屋面做法采用 98J1 工程做法中柔性防水，聚苯乙烯泡沫
