1、 1 浅析网络虚拟财产保护 内容摘要 随着我国网络游戏产业的飞速发展，我国网络游戏玩家呈现批量增长的趋势。而网络游戏中虚拟货币、装备、网络游戏角色等所谓的网络虚拟财产被侵犯的案件也在随着网络游戏的发展而愈演愈烈。网络虚拟财产的保护工作已经成为当务之急。但是，我国针对网络虚拟财产的保护还存在着种种缺陷与不足。本文通过对网络虚拟财产的概念、特征以及国内外对网络虚拟财产现状的分析，针对我国网络虚拟财产的保护工作提出了几点问题及建议。 【关键词】 网络虚拟财产 网络游戏玩家 游戏运营商 装备 2 Analyses the network hypothesized property protection
